Funeral Service at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, OK on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Kent Simpson officiating with burial in the Walters Cemetery. 

Angela Fornoff was born to Willi and Brigitte (Kilian) Fornoff on July 8, 1969 in Darmstadt, Germany and departed this life in Walters, OK on December 31, 2023 at the age of 54 years, 5 months and 23 days.

Angela grew up in Germany. She married a U.S. soldier, Thomas Edward Daughriety, on August 26, 1988 in Sonderberg, Germany and soon a son, David, was born. She came to America for the first time in 1989 as the young family was stationed at Fort Riley. They eventually returned to Germany before being stationed at Fort Sill in 1995. The couple divorced and she was later in a relationship with Karl Keough making their way to New York and Pennsylvania where her daughter, Angelica was born. They returned to Lawton before settling at Walters in 2000. She had ran a bagel shop in Lawton for 4 years and did various other jobs before working at Mac’s Quickmart in Walters for the past 7 and a half years.

Angela enjoyed her coworkers, serving others and taking care of her farmers at the store. She also enjoyed going to the casino and powwows.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willi Fornoff and her brother, Thomas Fornoff.

Survivors include a son, David Daughriety and wife Ashley of Walters; her daughter, Angelica Fornoff and husband, Phi Hoang of Oklahoma City; her mother, Brigitte Thomas of Michelstadt, Germany; a brother, Jentz Fornoff of Michelstadt; a grandson, Adrian Thomas Daughriety and 3 step grands, Cameron, Marissa and Ryan LaCourse; other relatives and a host of friends.
