Funeral Service at Union Valley Baptist Church, Cookietown, OK, 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 11, 2022, Rev. Cecil Boydston officiating. Visitation at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home, Walters, OK on Wednesday, August 10 from 6-8:00 p.m.

Marion Cason Lee Miser was born to Lucretia Dawn Turner and Shane Lee Miser on June 16, 1998 in Wichita Falls, TX and departed this life in Wichita Falls on August 7, 2022 at the age of 24 years, 1 month and 22 days.

Cason grew up at Devol, OK and graduated from Big Pasture High School in 2017. During high school he attended Vo-Tech for welding and did farm labor among other jobs. Out of school he worked for LTM Roofing and was currently building houses along with various other side jobs as he believed in working hard.

In school, Cason enjoyed showing pigs, and played basketball and baseball. He was a daredevil and loved doing wheelies. He had fun on dirt bikes and 4-wheeling, playing basketball with friends, hunting and fishing, going to the lake, mechanicing and working on stuff. He loved his boy, Ryan Lee Blake Miser.

Cason was preceded in death by his father, Shane Lee Miser; and 2 grandpas, Gus “Squeaky” Miser and Mike Thompson.

Survivors include his mom and stepdad, Lucretia and Heath Thompson of Devol, OK; his son, Ryan Miser of Crestview, FL; 7 brothers and sisters, McKinley Thompson, Kru Simpson and Colton Thompson all of Devol, Caleb Thompson of Clinton, OK, Kimberly Hawkins of Devol, Skylar Miser and Katie Miser both of Grove, OK; his grandparents, Rita and Mark Nietfeldt of Devol, Matt and Cindy Turner of Huffman, TX, Linda Miser of Wichita Falls, TX and Joyce Thompson of Randlett, OK; 6 uncles and aunts, Chris Miser and Jessica of Holliday, TX, Paul Turner and Angie of Randlett, Keenan Turner of Devol, Brent Thompson and Cory of Randlett, Les Vassar and Stacie of Wichita Falls, TX, Randy Vassar and Jeri of Lake Arrowhead, TX; several great aunts and uncles; many cousins and a host of friends.
