Memorial Service at Heart of Truth Church, Temple, OK on Saturday, March 23 at 10:30 a.m., Mylik Brown officiating under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters.

Dymetrius DeKane “Deedee” Kinley was born June 26, 1997 in Lawton, OK to Melissa LaSheryl Brown and Oral Ray Kinley, and departed this life in Duncan, OK on February 27, 2024 at the age of 26 years, 8 months and 1 day.

Deedee was born a heavy weight at 10 lbs. and before leaving the hospital he had to be started on cereal in order to thrive as a normal baby boy. He grew up at Temple, OK. He attended Head Start at 3 years old and he was a quiet young man. He began to blossom into his own personality in elementary. He graduated from Temple High School where he participated on the weightlifting team, placing 2nd at state. He also played football for a time but most of all he liked being the class clown and making everyone laugh. 

Deedee lived his adult life in Pauls Valley and Oklahoma City where he loved to binge watch TV and play Xbox. He was easy to talk to and made friends with anybody.

Deedee leaves his mother, Melissa Brown of Duncan, OK; his father, Oral Kinley and LaRhonda of Temple, OK; his brother, Nicholas Brown and Brooklyn of Duncan; an aunt, Alex Hood of Lawton; 3 uncles, Charles Brown and Corrine, Rubin Brown and Rebecca, Clay Brown and Kim all of Temple, OK; 4 nephews, numerous cousins and many friends.
