Funeral Services at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, OK, on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., Rev. Roger Noland Officiating with burial in the Walters Cemetery.

Eva Louise Fulton was born to William David “Bill” Bruton and Mary Lee (Hoodenpyle) Bruton on December 7, 1945 in Walters, OK and departed this life in Oklahoma City, OK on June 16, 2022 at the age of 76 years, 6 months and 9 days.

Louise grew up at Walters, OK. She married Buck Edward Calfy in 1963 at Walters and to the union 2 sons were born. They made their home in Walters and she worked at Haggars in Temple in the 1970’s and then did sewing and odd jobs until purchasing her store in 1980. She operated her convenience store known as Calfy’s Corner and later as Louise’s Place until moving to Wichita Falls in 1995. She married Charles “Charlie” Fulton in January of 2001 making their home in Terrell and Duncan. The remainder of her working years she enjoyed redoing furniture.

Louise was a member of First Baptist Church in Walters. She loved her kids, grandkids and chocolate. She enjoyed being outside, camping, going to the lake and playing tennis. She and Charlie have also enjoyed being on the river at Terrell, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ronny Calfy in 1989; and her brothers, Richard Bruton and David Bruton.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Fulton of Terrell, OK; her son, Buck Calfy and wife Jan of Norman, OK; her sister, Mary Belder and husband John of Batesville, AR; her sister-in-law, Janice Bruton, of Walters, 4 grandchildren, Ronson Calfy and Dillon Calfy both of Moore, OK, Keaton Calfy of Tecumseh, OK and Payton Calfy of Norman, OK; 2 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, Heston Woods and Ronan Calfy; her nieces and a nephews, Karrie Bruton Wink, Ray Porch, David Wayne Bruton and Melissa Porch Copeland; other relatives and a host of friends.
