He is preceded in death by Stepdaughter Renea Littles.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Wife Nadine President of Temple Ok, Son Reggie President Jr of San Antonio TX, Van Bell of San Antonio TX, stepson Victor and his wife Elizabeth McClellan of Lawton, Stepson Dr. Jerry and wife Michelle McClellan of San Antonio TX. He is also survived by four sisters, Helen Thomas of Pittsburg TX, Bobbie Hamilton, Elsie Eames both of Baytown TX and Gladys Williams of San Antonio TX.  As well as a host of beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

He grew up in Mont Belvieu, TX and graduated from Colbert High School. Reggie entered the Army in 1979 serving over 20 years as a LANCE Missile Crewman, earning the rank as a 1SG, while traveling the world. After his retirement he made his home in Lawton before moving to Temple OK. He worked on FT Sill as a contractor after his retirement from the US Army.

He received his assignment from God. He gave up his spirit and returned to whence he came. Lastly, there will be no tears in heaven only joy.

He loved his family and friends, his music, traveling to Texas and golfing.  Everyone knows Reggie enjoyed socializing with his family and friends.   Many described him as being likeable and he had a good sense of humor. He was witty and fun to be around. He would love to tell jokes and burn his famous BBQ ribs. His response was “it’s okay home boy.”

If Reggie was here, he would say don’t cry for me, I ‘am following the path God laid for me. Reggie was filled with love and laughter.  God wanted to set him free from all the pain and suffering.
