Renea Littles

September 24, 1961 — March 7, 2023

Funeral Service at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters, OK, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Elder Jerry McClellan officiating with burial in the Temple Cemetery, Temple, OK

Renea (McClellan) Littles was born in Wichita Fall TX, on September 24, 1961, the daughter of Bonnie McClellan and Nadine President and departed this life in Midwest City, OK on March 7, 2023, at the age of 61 years, 5 months and 11 days.

She is preceded in death by her father Bonnie McClellan and Son Bobby Dale Smith. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Nadine, and her husband Reggie President; Children, La Shawn and her husband Diego Lopez, Katrina Hudson, and Sean Julius Littles; her siblings Victor and his wife Elizbeth McClellan, Jerry and his wife Michelle McClellan, Mary Ann Davis, and her baby sister Jacqueline Smith; A host of beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends all of whom she loved dearly. Aaliyah and JR gave Renea the reason to keep fighting until she could fight no more.

Renea grew up in Temple OK. She attended Temple High School in the 70’s. Renea worked in the food service industry, and in customer service.

She loved socializing with her family and friends, attending church, her music, and yes, a cold beer or two. Purple was her favorite color. Everyone who knew Renea would describe her as being likeable and fun to be around. She had a good sense of humor and a heart of gold. You would never go hungry around Renea because she was always ready and willing to feed you. Renea would call someone in the family daily. Renea always wanted to cook her famous BBQ ribs and soul food.

If Renea was here, she would say “do not cry for me, I ‘am following the path God has laid for me; God wanted to set me free.” Renea would want her departure from us to be filled with love and laughter. Perhaps her time was brief but it was truly not wasted. Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. She received her assignment from God. She gave up her spirit. Lastly, there will be no tears in heaven only joy.
