Ryland Warrick Chapman

Memorial Service on May 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Beaver Creek Cowboy Church, 174127 N2720 Rd, Duncan Ok 73533, Pastor Mark Hays officiating under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters. He will be laid to rest at Imperial Memorial Gardens in Pueblo, Colorado.

Ryland Warrick Chapman was born in the early hours of November 2, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. At the age 26, his unexpected death came on May 3, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He grew up in Pueblo Colorado. Ryland graduated from Centennial High school in 2018. Soon after he attended Pueblo Community College, acquiring basic prerequisites.

His first job was with a family member for a summer of grunt work. He continued to develop a great work ethic that he brought to his current job at Macs Quick Stop, cashiering.

Ryland had a love for history and reading. He loved to learn. Music stole his heart at a young age. He loved attending concerts and hearing new to him music.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, James and Terry Cotton Jr.; grandmother, Janice Griffeth; and grandfather, James Griffeth.

Trenton Lepree, brother of Oklahoma; Tyler Lepree, brother of Oklahoma; Cheyenne Newby, sister of Oklahoma; Canin Newby, brother of Oklahoma; several uncles, aunts, cousins, Nieces and Nephews and friends.
