Earlene Renee Parsons was born to Ernest Earl and Patricia Ann (Crowley) Parsons on July 22, 1968, at Fort Sill, OK and departed this life in Duncan, OK on August 30, 2021 at the age of 53 years, 1 month and 8 days.
Renee grew up mainly in Walters where she graduated from WHS in 1987. She eventually went to work at Circle S for a number of years and then on to Walmart in Duncan for the past 15 years.
Renee grew up attending St. Patrick Catholic Church in Walters. She was active in 4-H, showing cattle all through her school days and was a 4-H for Life. She proudly served as the Walters Rodeo Queen for the years 1985 and 1986. Her family meant so much and she always loved her yearly family trips to all kinds of places within a day or two drive of home. Branson and so many other destination spots were enjoyed along with several sister trips. She was an avid attender of concerts as she loved county artist and faithfully attended the 4th of July concert at Fort Sill each year.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Pat, and a nephew, Mason Prentice.
Survivors include 2 sisters, Gail Prentice of Duncan, OK, and Valerie Doggett and Cliff of San Antonio, TX; her aunts and uncles, Carolyn and Charles Wickwire of Lawton, Kay McCall of Lawton, Jack and Jean Parsons of Mobile, AL, and Melba Parsons of Kissimmee, FL; her nieces, Morgan Sias and Jacob of Lawton, Mackenzie Benson of Lawton, Landra Doggett and Allison Doggett both of San Antonio; 3 great nieces and a great nephew, Keirsten Landis of Duncan, Heaven Sias, Hayden Sias and Elena Waltz all of Lawton; lots of Cousins and friends.
